Characteristics:

Fresh and citrusy Pacific Hops back up a malty beer with a complex body. The perfect beer whether you're on a boat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean or adventuring through the red dirt of the outback. A big dose of Galaxy dry hops gives a burst of Passionfruit, Citrus and Grapefruit flavour with every mouthful. Hefty amounts of malt extract build up the malt body of the beer with notes of bread and biscuit with a smooth rounded out finish and a golden colour.

What you need to brew this kit:

- Basic Brewing Starter Kit

or

- 30L Fermenter with tap airlock and stick on thermometer
- Mixing Paddle
- Hydrometer
- Steriliser
- Bottles and bottling equipment (if bottling)

Please note: ABV will be 0.5% higher when bottling and this kit does not include carbonation drops or priming sugar.
